Yellow Letter HQ does not assume any responsibility for any error on approved proofs after direct mail has been mailed out. We will not resend mail at no cost. We will not refund under any reason.
Under the circumstances, the order is left unresponsive over the period of 45 days; the order will be automatically canceled and a full store credit will be issued to your account. Store credit is applicable to YLHQ mail products.

Subscriptions cancellation policy
There are no refunds for any reason.

If you have a paid monthly subscription, you can cancel any time up to 24 business hours before the end of the current billing period, otherwise, the monthly subscription will automatically renew. Cancelling a monthly subscription will still allow you to have full access to all features until the end of the current billing period. After that, the account will be closed and previously pulled data will be removed.
